Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in; un-opened and in its original packaging. Please additionally include a short note about your reason for return and reference your order#.

Conditions of Return:
Returned product(s) should be in the original packaging as well as include any manuals, cabling and accessories. Items returned as defective and are found to be user damaged will not be credited. Examples of user damage may include and are not limited to attempted modifications, drop/ fall damage and poor return packaging.

Restocking Fees:
We may charge a restocking fee on some items, including and not limited to new game sales and items that are returned as defective and found to be in full working condition.

Defective Items:
Defective product(s) will be replaced with a like item, upon return, when possible. Terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranty apply to defective video games systems and computer hardware after 30 days.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Any product(s) returned more than 30 days from the date of delivery. (Orders made on or between November 1st and December 31st can be returned as late as (postmarked by) January 31st.
  • Any product(s) that is damaged or is missing parts.
  • Any product(s) that were sold as part of a bundle, unless the bundle is returned complete.

Return Shipping:

  • Defective items - If after inspection your item is found to be defective we will not deduct return shipping costs from your return. If the item is reported as defective and found to be in full working condition the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Changed your mind - If you have changed your mind and want to return your order you may return your item(s) at your expense by downloading a return label using the link at the top of this page. Returns sent using your own label may expereience a delay in processing. 

Refused deliveries original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refused deliveries to Brazil will not receive a refund until the product returns to us. Please note, refused shipments to Brazil rarely, if ever, are returned to the sender (us). In this case the total loss for refused shipments is the customers.

Refunds:
Refunds are given upon receipt and after inspection. Please allow five full business days for inspection.
