The Blaze Evercade TATE grip is terrific, and I love "shumps" so this is perfect for TATE/portrait games. Unfortunately after pre-ordering it, it didn't ship, and the requested status updates fell on def ears, and it was clear that it wasn't going to arrive by Christmas.
I tried to contact Rondo to cancel the order, and I ended up opening 3-5 trouble tickets, made 2 phone calls (leaving voicemail) and never did receive any response to my request to cancel the unfulfilled, and at the time un-shipped order.
To my surprise and DISMAY in early January, I got an automated email saying my product shipped!!!! After again writing to attempt to stop the order, I received no response.
After it did arrive I was also dismayed to find that if I decided to ship it back to Seattle (where RONDO is at) I discovered that they would deduct the shipping cost from my refund!!!!
To **** with that, Rondo, you lost a customer.!!!
