Besides the case looking amazing. I received this package in perfect condition HOWEVER actually installing this case was absolutely horrendous, it’s like whatever I tried to do it just refused to stay shut and I had to forcefully take apart pieces of the case but that still wasn’t even the big issue. The slots for the ports completely broke on me in HALF when I tried taking off the sticker I tried glueing the part but that didn’t work so I just taped it and it just looks terrible. That irritated me cause it’s the part needed for my specific genesis model 1. Also to mention that my reset button also is completely busted it just refused to work anymore so that’s just great. Just the fact it didn’t include any instructions on how to install the case really left me irritated as well cause I feel with just a little guidance would’ve made this tolerable but that wasn’t the case. Then the actual AV port just refused to stay still, so much to the point that I was about to super glue the part onto the board but I didn’t at the end of it I just left it loose and it still irritates me. Overall the case itself looks gorgeous no problems with the aesthetics it’s just the process of installing it was an utter nightmare and I honest to god want at least some percentage of a refund cause no person should have to go through this much pain for a console that should be relatively painless to swap.
