This adapter converts the male 9-pin mini-DIN connector on the Genesis YPbPr cable to a male Neo Geo AES/CD 270° 8-pin DIN connector. This is very different from the 262° 8-pin DIN connector found on the standard Model 1 Genesis adapter we offer.

Nice RGB bypass alternative

This adapter is awesome for folks that want a crisp video signal from their AES or NGCD without having to mod their system. Just plug and play and and you get can get a nice component signal from an unmodded sysem.
