Case issues, shipping issue and service is non-existent

The cut out for the VGA port on the 3d printed case is slightly too small for all of my VGA cables to fit as shown in the picture.

I also had some issues with the shipping, I paid a huge amount for express shipping that ended up taking over 20 days to get to me.

I submitted a ticket and sent a separate email specifically about the shipping and have had no response for over a month now.

Works perfectly. I alternate between using to connect Dreamcast to Retrotink 4k and connecting PC to crt.

Unable to use it without modification

It is physically impossible to insert any of the several VGA cables I own. The cutout for the port is too small and I had to take it apart just to test it out.
