My review is in the title. I struggled with why my SNES was having issues playing certain games. You would not think it, but power delivery is very important with this console. I cleaned it inside out and still couldn’t get it to work properly. This fixed all my problems. I was using a cheap power cord and brick that did not match original SNES specs. I hope this review helps others looking for a solution.
I had a power supply die on me and this kit did the trick. Works great with the right fit and the right amount of power!
If you aren't in the wheelhouse of fixing your own AC adapters with basic electrical knowledge and soldering skills, this AC Adapter bundle for the SNES is rock solid as a replacement
Works as advertised. And if you don't have the skills or patience to learn how to fix an ancient AC adapter from the 1990s, gets the job done
Does exactly what it should without anything extra. This replaced the one I had which was some random non OEM that caused waving lines to show up in the video feed from the console on the TV, which completely disappeared after switching to this one.
