Wrong Product Received, Support Ticket Ghosted

I purchased this on FirebrandX's site's suggestion, and chose the North American Style, which, judging from the initial picture, is a WSU090-1300. Lo and behold, when I receive the product, it turns out they sent me a WSX090-2500 with multiple plug types, AKA the International version, rated for International voltage, not American. I submitted a ticket to Rondo about this, and I haven't received word from them in over a week, aside from a very tone-deaf email telling me to review their products. I would like to believe that they just haven't gotten around to emailing me properly yet, but until then, this review will have one star.
